5th National Conference of the Association of Clinical Pharmacologists
The Association of Clinical Pharmacologists invites clinicians, researchers, academicians, students, industry professionals and technology experts to ACPCON 2026, the fifth National Conference of the Association.
Hosted by the Department of Pharmacology, NEIGRIHMS, Shillong, the conference will provide a national platform for sharing emerging research, discussing innovations in clinical pharmacology and strengthening professional collaboration. The programme will focus on the responsible integration of technology with patient-centred and inclusive healthcare.

Conference Theme
Augmented Intelligence in Clinical Pharmacology: Integrating Technology, Patient Centricity and Inclusive Health Care
ACPCON 2026 will explore how artificial intelligence, digital technologies and advanced research methods can strengthen clinical decision-making, drug development, pharmacovigilance and access to healthcare—while keeping patient needs, safety, ethics and inclusion at the centre of innovation.
Pre-conference Workshop
Using Artificial Intelligence in Clinical Research
The pre-conference workshop on 27 August 2026 will introduce participants to the emerging applications of artificial intelligence in clinical research.
The workshop is intended to help participants understand how AI-enabled tools may support research design, data analysis, evidence generation and decision-making while encouraging responsible and scientifically appropriate use.

ACPCON 2026 welcomes scientific submissions in the following categories:
Each oral, poster or case presentation will include five minutes for presentation and two minutes for discussion.
Abstract Submission Deadline
28 July 2026
Abstracts must be submitted in English, should not exceed 300 words and must follow the prescribed structured format. Registration is mandatory for presenting authors. One registered delegate may submit a maximum of two abstracts—one oral and one poster. Ethical-clearance documentation must accompany original research submissions.

Registration
The regular registration period runs from 1 July to 20 August 2026, followed by spot registration. Separate registration categories are available for ACP members, non-members, students, corporate delegates and accompanying persons.
Registration is complimentary for delegates aged above 70 years, as stated in the conference brochure.
